The ROMACT program helps local authorities improve the lives of all citizens, including Roma, by jointly assessing needs, planning actions together with all stakeholders, and facilitating the translation of these plans into concrete measures. Education was considered the foundation for future projects in Copșa Mică, and this event was organized to strengthen this foundation.

Event: Copsa Mica is learning: Local Development days

The event, held in a hybrid format over three days, gathered over 100 participants from the local community, including students, teachers, and local and national authorities. It was also live-streamed on social media platforms. We designed the event identity and applied it to the necessary materials, including notebooks, roll-ups, pens, mugs, magnets, USB drives, tote bags, agendas, stickers, and bookmarks.

Additionally, we managed guest accommodation, catering for participants, and live streaming of the event.
