The “AMM Design” newsletter (hereinafter referred to as the SERVICE or NEWSLETTER) is a free service provided by SC AMM Design SRL (hereinafter referred to as the PROVIDER) to the customers and visitors of the website ammdesign.ro (hereinafter referred to as the SITE), under the following terms and conditions.

Definition and Subscription

The newsletter is an electronic message (email) regularly sent by the Provider to subscribed users who have expressly and unequivocally agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Any user can subscribe to the newsletter free of charge by completing the newsletter subscription form. By subscribing, the user expressly and unequivocally agrees to all provisions of these terms and conditions.

The term “user” refers to all legal entities subscribing to the SC AMM Design SRL newsletter, regardless of their purpose.

The terms “Regulation,” “Agreement,” and “Terms and Conditions” refer to this usage contract.

These Terms and Conditions are stored by SC AMM Design SRL and are accessible on the Site in english. The terms and conditions of this newsletter service may be changed at any time by the owner or administrator, with updates published on ammdesign.ro.

The administrator reserves the right to block access to users who violate the usage regulations or applicable laws.

Registration

To use this free service, you must subscribe to the newsletter. Subscription requires providing personal data requested in the subscription form, namely an email address. Additional data may be requested, provided that the user gives explicit and unequivocal consent. All data entered in the form must be accurate. The entry of false information or data that does not belong to the user is prohibited.

The Provider reserves the right to refuse newsletter subscriptions without prior notice if the data entered is found to be false or does not belong to the user.

Usage Conditions

The user must ensure that newsletters sent by the Provider are successfully delivered to their inbox. If emails from the Provider land in the Spam/Junk/Bulk/Trash folder or are automatically marked as spam by the email client, the user must mark them as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk.”

After subscribing, the user is not allowed to report any newsletter from the Provider as SPAM or ABUSE. The Provider respects the user’s right to privacy, and if the user no longer wishes to receive newsletters, they can simply unsubscribe. Unsubscription is immediate, and the user will no longer receive further newsletters unless they re-subscribe.

Personal Data

If you wish, you may subscribe to our newsletter by completing the registration form on ammdesign.ro. Upon completing the form and providing your personal data, or by agreeing to receive our newsletter when registering as a customer, you will receive a confirmation email at the provided email address.

To complete the newsletter subscription, you must click the “Yes, subscribe me to this list” link in the confirmation email.

Subscription follows a two-step verification process (double opt-in), including a verification to ensure that you are not a robot. By subscribing to the newsletter and accepting the Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

At the time of subscription, providing an email address is considered mandatory.

Liability

The Provider does not guarantee that the service will function without interruptions or errors, that defects will be corrected, or that the content delivered via email will be accurate, correct, and reliable. The Provider also does not guarantee that security issues or human/software errors can be entirely prevented.

The Provider is not responsible for any damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from the use of the service. The responsibility for using the service lies entirely with the user.

Each newsletter sent by the Provider will contain clear instructions for unsubscribing.

Termination of Service

Either party has the right to terminate the provision or access to the newsletter service at any time, without justification and without prior notice.

SC AMM Design SRL reserves the right to immediately terminate its services for any user who violates the aforementioned conditions.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute regarding their execution will be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in the location where SC AMM Design SRL is registered.

These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by SC AMM Design SRL without prior notice. Users are required to check these terms periodically, and if they no longer agree with them, they should discontinue using the newsletter service.
