Corporate Office Branding as an Employer Branding Tactic

Corporate Office Branding projects are increasingly gaining space and energy in AMM Design’s life. For us, they are a natural extension of our clients’ Employer Branding efforts, as we know that a customized workspace can bring a lot of added value and inspiration.

The design of the new Bosch factory in Cluj, Automotive Electronics Division, is one such project where we invested a lot of passion over an entire year, starting in 2018. Additionally, it serves as a successful example of an agency-client-supplier partnership: AMM Design – Bosch Cluj factory – Morphoza.

Building on our long-standing relationship with the client and our familiarity with the brand’s visual identity, we provided graphic design solutions, branding, material selection consultancy, as well as advertising production services and implementation of decorations: volumetric elements, prints on various surfaces, custom wallpaper, custom constructions, and textile light boxes.
